Governor Newsom silently supports importing aviation fuels to Northern California.

The local Bay Area AQMD district considers actions that will reduce supplies of aviation fuels, as the Governor remains silent.

Summary: Consistent with Newsom’s actions that continually increases the costs of electricity and fuels for residents (costs that are already among the highest in the nations), he silently supports importing the aviation fuels needs for the military and airports at SFO, OAK, and SJC from halfway around the world and exposing America to a national security risk.

BAAQMD actions on Rule 6-5 would increase energy imports, generate higher worldwide emissions, and increase energy costs, for all Californians.

A burst to the EV growth projections may be in the making

The California warning signs may be verification about the drawbacks of EV’s

Summary: The highly educated and financially well off are currently the primary owners of EV’s. Their usage of EV’s being slightly more than 5000 miles a year is a reflection that the EV is a second vehicle and not the family workhorse vehicle. Then, the growing percentage of EV owners that are switching back to gasoline cars, is a message that may deflate EV growth projections.

California Governor and Mayor of Los Angeles make a great homeless team

Governor Newsom’s dysfunctional energy policies help the state achieve some of the highest costs for electricity and fuel, perpetuating energy poverty, and Mayor Garcetti spends billions solving the homeless problem.

Summary: The double whammy of California Governor’s dysfunctional energy policies is that it not only inflicts more energy poverty onto those that can least afford it, but it also promotes increases in world emissions as he wants the states’ energy demands to be met from countries halfway around the world that have significantly less environmental controls than California.

Biden’s actions are encouraging supply chain dependencies from foreign sources.

President Biden is finally beginning to recognize national security concerns to the American economy by depending on foreign supplies for oil and for the greening of America.

Biden’s climate plans are energizing national security problems.

Emulating California’s energy mistakes will weaken America as the country will be increasing its demands from foreign countries for crude oil supplies and for the materials needed to support the electrification of America.

Summary: Biden’s climate plan may be energizing national security problems with his efforts toward discouraging U.S. energy independence and place the country’s reliance, like California has done, on foreign countries for America’s energy needs. And, as he moves to electrify virtually everything, America’s needs for the exotic minerals and metals that China controls, to support wind, solar, and EV battery construction, will have America beholden to China and other developing countries for our “clean” energy supplies.

Summary: The enormous amounts of money being allocated for solar and wind — and the never-ending extensions of the tax credits for them — shows that energy policies in Washington and California continues to support the environmental degradation and humanity atrocities in the foreign countries that are supplying the exotic minerals and metals to support wind turbines, solar panels, and EV batteries.
